In 2025 Xmind shipped the renewed Xmind 2026 experience with Project Management by Xmind: AI Work Breakdown turns a concept into sub-tasks with timelines and dependencies, a fully synced Gantt view toggles with the map, tasks carry priority, dates, progress, and assignees, and Spaces plus SSO target teams. Launched on Product Hunt on October 22, 2025, it took #1 Product of the Day with 653 upvotes and 53 comments; Xmind's year-end recap reports it also took #1 Product of the Week, #1 SaaS Product, and #1 Productivity Product.
