On top sits the learning loop: standardized telemetry traces feed text-world-model simulations, an LLM judge scores rollouts, and a nearest-neighbor classifier picks the optimal model per request; customers opt in to let their traffic train a model, keep the weights, and carry learned behavior across base-model upgrades. The company guarantees at least 50% lower cost at the same or better quality, backed by an SLA, and claims up to 97% cost cuts and +50% quality on some tasks.
