In December 2023, a Harvard/MIT collaboration demonstrated a 48-logical-qubit fault-tolerant processor.

In April 2024, won an approximately ¥6.5B (about $40M) contract from Japan's AIST to integrate the first on-site machine with NVIDIA's ABCI-Q supercomputer; in February 2025, completed a >$230M Series B; in March, Gemini was delivered to Japan, becoming the first commercial gate-model neutral-atom quantum computer; from July to September, a series of Nature results were published, including magic-state distillation and algorithmic fault tolerance (10–100×); in October, received Japanese NEDO Post-5G funding; in November, entered DARPA QBI Stage B (up to $15M).
