How it started
Chloe Samaha, an ex-VC, and Rene Sultan, an ex-Uber operator, founded BOND in 2025 after more than 2,000 interviews with CEOs, chiefs of staff and executives. The complaint that kept surfacing was not missing tools but data fog: a decision lives in a Slack thread, a deadline in Jira, a customer's frustration in an email nobody forwarded. They called the status meeting 'corporate theater' and set out to build software with a person's name - Donna - that reads the whole stack and reports up.
