Minders builds a portfolio of Telegram-first business tools — ad network TADS, scheduler CatchUP, automation Telesend — reaching an estimated 450 million users.

Dise, built by Oleksii Sidorov's team without outside capital, made a CRM for sales teams that lived in Telegram group chats despite handling billions in transactions.

Minders — already offering audience discovery (Toogle), analytics (Inflexo) and automation (Telesend, CatchUP) — acquired Dise to add the missing layer: full CRM and client lifecycle management inside the messenger.

The deal closed with Minders taking no equity in the usual sense, instead assuming autonomy of the software to complete its product stack for Telegram-based businesses.

Telegram-first and crypto-native teams needed structured sales infrastructure, and Dise already had both the product and the logos.

For Minders, CRM was the missing layer across its tools; buying it completes a one-stop stack for Telegram businesses.

Dise gains Minders' distribution without having raised outside capital — 'the next million businesses', in Sidorov's words.

When a platform's business activity outgrows its tooling, the stack gets built channel-first — and assembly by acquisition is faster than a feature roadmap.

As of 2025-08-12 Dise joins Minders' portfolio alongside TADS, CatchUP, Telesend, Toogle and Inflexo, strengthening the B2B sales infrastructure available to businesses operating on Telegram.
