Nas Daily founder's AI storefront bet raises $27M as solopreneur platform
Nuseir Yassin bets his 70M-follower audience and AI can turn anyone with a product photo into a one-person e-commerce business.
Nas.com
What the business is
An all-in-one operating system for one-person businesses: photograph a product, and the platform generates a storefront, listings, marketing copy and Meta ad campaigns, and handles payments, logistics, memberships and automated marketing for about $29 a month.
Starting capital:$27M Series A led by Khosla Ventures (Vinod Khosla and Nicole Fraenkel), with 500 Global and angels including DoorDash co-founder Stanley Tang, Deel co-founder Shuo Wang and Tim Ferriss.
How it started
After a decade building Nas Daily to 70M followers and 30B video views across 64 countries, Yassin kept meeting fans who had the will but no way to start a business. He founded Nas.com to give a person with zero followers, zero budget and a single product image the store, marketing and customer-finding machinery of a real company.
What happened
Nas.com grew from community features into commerce: users photograph a product or their face (for services) and AI builds a store, social content and campaigns ready to run on Meta, with payments and shipping integrated. Company-reported ARR climbed from about $1M to $8M during 2025 as paying business owners passed 20,000, with the US and Latin America together about 40% of users.
How it ended up
Closed the $27M Series A in April 2026 and is expanding: hiring toward 40+ staff, launching a Cofounder AI business advisor and Magic Ads/Content/Reach/Leads marketing tools, adding physical-product selling, and targeting the US, Mexico and Latin America.
Background
Nas.com is the AI-powered e-commerce platform founded by Nuseir Yassin, the Palestinian-Israeli creator known as Nas Daily, who spent a decade building a 70 million-follower, 30 billion-view media brand across 64 countries. The startup sells an operating system for one-person businesses: a user photographs a product - or their own face when selling a service - and the platform generates a storefront, product listings, marketing copy and ad campaigns ready to run on Meta, while handling payments, shipping, memberships and automated marketing for about $29 a month.
The bet is that the next wave of entrepreneurs will not look like companies at all, and that AI finally makes a solo founder's infrastructure cheap enough to sell profitably. 'The person with zero followers, zero marketing budget, and everything it takes to build something real, except a way in... exists in every country on earth,' Yassin said when announcing the round. Khosla Ventures framed the same bet in economic terms: wealth will come from hundreds of millions of people with the tools that used to be reserved for well-connected founders.
By the April 2026 Series A, the company reported 3.5 million members and more than 350,000 businesses across 150 countries, with 20,000 paying business owners and annual recurring revenue of about $8 million after roughly 5x growth in 2025. More than 90% of paying customers report having zero employees, and the company cites user outcomes like a yoga instructor in Singapore who generated $100,000 in 14 months and a farmer in Mexico who earned $20,000 within months of launching an online academy.
The $27M round, led by Vinod Khosla and Nicole Fraenkel with participation from 500 Global and angels including DoorDash and Deel co-founders, is being spent on engineering (much of it in Singapore), AI product development and expansion in the US, Mexico and Latin America, where Yassin says entrepreneurship is already a way of life.
What has to be true
- The company inverted creator monetization: rather than selling ads against 70M followers, Yassin used that audience as the customer-acquisition channel for a paid product.
- The wedge is outcome over tooling - Nas.com positions itself against Shopify, Etsy and Hotmart by promising to find customers and run ads, not just host a store.
- Growth evidence was concrete by the fundraise: ARR rose from about $1M to $8M in 2025 as paying business owners passed 20,000, mostly people with zero employees.
- Investors bet that AI collapses the cost of storefront, marketing and ad production so low that millions of solopreneurs become a viable market rather than a charity case.
What can be applied
A creator's real moat is distribution to a niche at scale: Yassin turned followers who already wanted what he sold into a paying platform, letting a known audience de-risk the business.
Aftermath
As of 2026-09-06 Nas.com is live and scaling, with Series A proceeds funding the AI products announced at the round - Cofounder, an AI business advisor, and Magic Content, Magic Ads, Magic Reach and Magic Leads - plus first-time physical-product selling and hiring in Singapore, Mexico, Colombia and the US. The five-year goal is one million new entrepreneurs on the platform. Figures are self-reported and the main risks are conversion of a large member base into durable paying subscribers and holding merchants against Shopify-class incumbents as ad-driven storefronts scale.
