Thailand startup founded 2024 unifies nightlife discovery, table booking and venue ops; $500K A2D-led seed, venues like Bar Us and Vesper

Nightify

The betThat bars and clubs across Southeast Asia will adopt one platform for discovery, table booking and operations, and pay for tools that replace their disconnected systems.Live

What the business is

Nightify is a Thailand-based platform where users discover, filter and book bars and nightclubs by music, vibe and location, while venues get booking engines, event promotion, CRM and POS/payment integrations.

Starting capitalUS$500,000 seed round led by A2D Ventures with angel investors from hospitality, retail and consumer sectors, announced 2026-03-31.

How it started

Co-founders Wuthi Bunyapamai (CEO) and Chayaphon Pugkhem launched Nightify in Thailand in 2024, with a team whose backgrounds span Agoda, Accenture, Bitazza, Minor International and Oppo. They saw nightlife running on disconnected systems: users could not reliably discover or book venues, and operators had no unified view of customers, events or reservations.

What happened

Nightify signed venues across Bangkok, including Bar Us, The Norm Bangkok, Vesper, Dry Wave Cocktail Studio, G.O.D., F*nkytown and Abandoned Mansion, and ran brand campaigns with Grab, White Claw, Coffee Meets Bagel and DrinkAid, from bar crawls to activations with up to 800 attendees. In March 2026 it closed a $500,000 seed round led by A2D Ventures to expand the venue network, build POS and payments infrastructure, and prepare for other Southeast Asian markets.

How it ended up

Still live and scaling as of September 2026: the platform covers venue discovery, table booking and operations, and the company is preparing for regional expansion beyond Thailand.

Background

Nightify is a Thailand-based platform for the nightlife economy, founded in 2024 by Wuthi Bunyapamai and Chayaphon Pugkhem. Users discover bars and nightclubs by music, vibe, location and price, see venue details, and book tables in real time, while venue operators get a booking engine, special-event promotion, add-on packages, CRM and customer insights — with POS and payments integrations planned.

The founding team's backgrounds span Agoda, Accenture, Bitazza, Minor International and Oppo, and the company's pitch is that nightlife runs on disconnected tools: guests cannot reliably find or book venues, and operators manage reservations, events and customer data across separate systems. Nightify's wedge was to build for the venue side first, then use those relationships to power discovery.

By March 2026 Nightify was used by award-winning Bangkok venues including Bar Us, The Norm Bangkok, Vesper, Dry Wave Cocktail Studio, G.O.D., F*nkytown and Abandoned Mansion, and had run campaigns with Grab, White Claw, Coffee Meets Bagel and DrinkAid, from bar crawls to activations with up to 800 attendees. That month it closed a US$500,000 seed round led by A2D Ventures, with angels from hospitality, retail and consumer businesses.

As of September 2026 Nightify is live and expanding its venue network across Thailand, with regional expansion into other Southeast Asian markets on its roadmap.

What has to be true

  • Nightlife and hospitality venues still run on fragmented tools, so operators are a real buyer for a unified booking, events and CRM stack.
  • Starting with the venue side created supply first; each signed venue adds bookable inventory that makes the consumer app more useful.
  • The team's mix of consumer tech (Agoda, Oppo) and hospitality scale-up experience fit the problem, which A2D Ventures cited as the reason for investing.
  • Named venues and brand campaigns (Grab, White Claw, Coffee Meets Bagel) show both operator adoption and brand willingness to pay for engagement.

What can be applied

Fragmented industries get consolidated not by another directory but by giving the supply side tools they will pay for — venues become both customers and distribution for the consumer app.

Aftermath

As of September 2026 Nightify is still live and growing. The March 2026 seed is funding venue-network expansion across Thailand, product enhancements and user growth via marketing, partnerships and community events, while the company prepares for expansion into other Southeast Asian markets. The platform continues to span discovery, table booking and venue operations, with deeper POS, payments and operational tooling under development.
