起因
ConardLi — the developer behind the Code Secret Garden tech-media brand on X, Bilibili, Douyin, YouTube and Xiaohongshu — created the repository on 2026-04-21 to publish production-ready Agent Skills. The README positions the collection on top of the Agent Skills spec (agentskills.io) and Anthropic's reference skills repository, and it preserves the Claude design-system system prompt that inspired the web-design-engineer skill, whose original text is kept in the repo.
