By 2016 Jotform had roughly 3 million registered users; by 2022 more than 10 million, with a team approaching 400. Marketing was almost entirely organic SEO run by an in-house team of about two dozen specialists. In May 2024 the company announced it had passed 25 million users, a 25% year-over-year increase in customer acquisition, and another consecutive year of 50% revenue growth.
