Founded in mid-2025 after the pair saw hospitals leaving R$5.8 billion in billings uncollected in 2024 (per Anahp). Instead of another software license, they designed an end-to-end service that audits accounts, integrates health-plan rules, automates billing, and carries the financial risk itself.
经过
Six months after founding, in December 2025, Rivio raised R$100M (about US$20M) from Monashees and Valor Capital Group with Endeavor at a R$500M valuation. In February 2026 it added a US$1M extension from impact fund Positive Ventures. The platform was already in implementation at more than 50 hospital units, with partners reporting roughly 5% revenue gains in the first month.

Still scaling: technology live in 50+ hospital units as of early 2026, backed by what Valor Econômico called one of the largest rounds ever in a Latin American healthcare company under a year old; the stated goal is to become the operating system for healthcare administration in LatAm.
