起因
Omer Aplak and Necati Ozmen founded VoltAgent in Istanbul in 2025 after building Refine, an open-source React framework, and noticed the AI-tooling landscape was dominated by Python while JavaScript teams lacked an enterprise-grade multi-agent framework (EveryDev). In late March 2026 the company shipped awesome-design-md as an open collection of DESIGN.md design-system files.

awesome-design-md curates DESIGN.md files extracted from real websites - Stripe, Linear, Vercel, Tesla, Figma, and dozens more - each capturing color roles, typography, components, layout, depth, and do's-and-don'ts, plus preview pages. Users copy one file into a project root and tell an agent to build a page in that style. Growth was explosive: 20K+ stars in 4 days, ~46.6k within about 10 days, and a surge past 68k after Google Labs open-sourced the DESIGN.md draft specification on April 21, 2026 (DEV Community). By September 1, 2026 the repo held 112.3k stars, 73 design systems, and global rank #101, after peaking at #4 on GitHub Trending on July 10 (star-history).

背景
