Bus Simulator Indonesia (BUSSID) is a free-to-play bus-driving simulator by Maleo Media Kreatif, an indie studio in Surabaya. Instead of generic western roads, players drive Indonesian intercity and city buses through familiar streets, past warungs and traffic, with liveries from real operators such as PO Jaya — a bet that local authenticity beats global production values in Indonesia.
The game was conceived around 2016, and Google Play milestone data shows it passing 100K installs by April 2017 and 1M by May 2017.
