McEasy is an Indonesia-based fleet-management and transportation-intelligence platform: GPS trackers, AI dashcams, fuel and temperature sensors feed a SaaS suite covering fleet, delivery, driver and maintenance operations for commercial operators in logistics, cold chain, LPG distribution, cash-in-transit and intercity bus fleets.

That Indonesian fleet operators would pay for IoT hardware plus software that records vehicle data, then predicts failures — moving fleets from clipboards to analytics.

Seed round in 2021 (~US$1.5 million) and a US$6.5 million Series A in 2022 from East Ventures; a Series A+ in 2024 led by Granite Asia; then a US$9 million Series B in August 2026 — US$6 million in equity led by Integra Partners plus US$3 million in growth debt from InnoVen Capital.

Founded in 2017 by Raymond Sutjiono and Hendrik Ekowaluyo, McEasy set out to digitize Indonesia's fragmented transport and supply-chain operations, where fleets were managed with phone calls and paperwork. The founders saw a market of roughly 900,000 operators and over five million commercial vehicles, and began with vehicle tracking before expanding into broader operational software. East Ventures backed the company from its seed round, led by co-founder and managing partner Willson Cuaca, who called it a blend of the best of logistics and technology.

By July 2022, when East Ventures led a US$6.5 million Series A, McEasy served more than 200 companies including Cleo Pure Water, KMDI Logistics, MGM Bosco Logistics, Rosalia Indah and Tanto Intim Line, with business up 12x over the previous 18 months. Granite Asia led a Series A+ in 2024. By August 2026 the platform supported more than 2,000 commercial fleet operators across cold chain, LPG distribution, cash-in-transit and intercity buses, monitoring roughly 350 million km of fleet movement monthly, and the company was EBITDA-profitable before its Series B — Integra Partners' partner credited a land-and-expand model that had conquered Indonesia's archipelagic connectivity and margin-sensitive buyers.

Still running and scaling: after closing the US$9 million Series B in August 2026, McEasy is funding expansion into other Southeast Asian markets and building machine-learning models on nine years of collected vehicle data — shifting, in its CEO's words, from recording what already happened to telling fleet operators what happens next.

McEasy attacked a market that global fleet-tech players ignored: Indonesian operators who had never used software, approached first with GPS hardware and then monetized with SaaS subscriptions.

The hardware-plus-software wedge converted paper-based fleets into paying subscribers, growing from 200 companies in 2022 to 2,000+ operators by 2026.

EBITDA profitability before the Series B — reached without the round, per Integra Partners — shows the business model, not just the growth story, was investable.

Nine years of accumulated vehicle data gives McEasy a defensible path from real-time tracking to predictive maintenance and risk analytics as it expands across Southeast Asia.

Sell the hardware to open the door, then let software carry the margin: in a market still on paper, the company that measures the fleet first owns the data needed to predict its next breakdown.

As of September 4, 2026, McEasy had closed its US$9 million Series B and was allocating the capital to Southeast Asian expansion beyond Indonesia and to long-term machine-learning development on nine years of operational vehicle data — moving its platform from monitoring to predictive analytics that flag risks earlier for fleet operators. It continued to serve more than 2,000 commercial fleet operators across cold chain, LPG distribution, cash-in-transit and intercity bus segments, with investors East Ventures and Granite Asia among its largest shareholders.
