PassHub is a Brazilian B2B platform that connects travel agencies to consolidators and suppliers in one place: a single search compares fares, commercial conditions and incentives across partners, while the agency keeps freedom to work with any supplier. The company is adding payments, automation, service, AI and operation-management tools to concentrate more of an agency's routine in one environment, positioning the platform as the technology layer between independent agencies and the tourism ecosystem.

One neutral hub that searches every consolidator in a single query and automates workflows with AI can become the infrastructure independent Brazilian agencies lack.

R$7.5 million round (2026) led by Parceiro Ventures

Marcos Americano Rodrigues opened his first travel agency at 17, while studying accounting at FEA-USP, and lived the fragmentation he later attacked: agents compare fares and incentives across many supplier systems by hand. In 2025 his agency merged with Passabot, an AI startup created by Insper and ITA students, forming today's PassHub. The team worked out of the university's InovaUSP innovation center until the company rented its own office.

Nine months in, PassHub crossed 2,000 registered agencies and was growing more than 80% a month since January 2026. Its pitch is the opposite of a closed platform: one search compares what each consolidator and supplier offers, AI automates search, recommendations, service and support (up to 10 times faster for some tasks), and thousands of independent agencies are pooled into a single block. A R$7.5 million round led by Parceiro Ventures, reported by FEA-USP in August and Qual Viagem in September 2026, funds platform technology, more supplier integrations, AI features and team growth, with universities as the main recruiting channel.

Independent agencies run Brazilian tourism's fragmented long tail, so a neutral layer that connects them to every supplier addresses a pain agents feel daily.

The founder knew the problem as an operator - he opened his own agency at 17 - and merged it with an AI team instead of starting cold.

Traction preceded the round: 2,000 registered agencies in nine months with growth above 80% a month since January 2026 demonstrated real demand.

Staying supplier-neutral protects the position: agencies keep their freedom, letting the hub aggregate thousands of independents into one commercial block.

Fragmentation is a product opportunity, not just a complaint: a hub that connects a fragmented market without owning any supplier wins by staying open.

As of early September 2026 PassHub reports more than 2,000 registered agencies nine months after launch, growth above 80% a month since January, and a R$7.5 million Parceiro Ventures-led round covered by FEA-USP on August 27 and Qual Viagem on September 2. Funds go to platform development, more supplier integrations, AI across agency workflows, and hiring, with universities the main recruiting front. Whether the hub becomes infrastructure for Brazil's independent agencies - or gets squeezed as consolidators build their own tools - will test if neutral aggregation is a durable moat.
